Directors don’t just cast the most talented actor; they choose someone they want to work with for months. Likewise, jurors aren’t just evaluating your competence—they want someone they actually like. Be generous with your physical and vocal energy to create a welcoming presence.
🗣️ Competence Isn’t Enough—Be Likeable
Communicate with warmth, vocal variety, and inviting energy. Jurors don’t just want clarity—they want connection.
🌟 The Big Picture Matters
The success of a production isn’t about one person—it’s about the entire cast. Similarly, jurors aren’t just watching you. They’re taking in the energy of your co-counsel, your team, the defense, and even the court personnel. Bring your best, but trust that jurors will piece together the full picture.
